Usually I like coming here but today was a let down. I went in for a bogo deal and realized the bud tender Antonio I believe his name was, rang me up for one item instead of two after I already gave him my money. He said he already charged me for the one item and that I couldn’t get the second item for half off. As he’s putting my money in the register. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to double up anyways and grab another of the same item for full price. I told him no and left. Very disappointed.

I came here last night and got screwed over by the bud tender helping me. He charged me the 3$ atm fee twice because he messed up my order. He then told me he cannot reimburse me even though it was his mistake. This is not a big deal but the customer service here is the worst I have seen at a big dispensary. Not only did they screw over all of their long time customers by changing their "system" and wiping all customer credits prior to their switch they destroyed any creditability they had with their new pricing.This is just the tip of the ice berg though because since the "system" switch they no longer include the tax in the price. Now this wouldn't be a big deal if the prices remained the same but what they did is just make their prices the same as before when the tax was included and now you get to pay the taxes on top of that. Now not only does this mean you are paying 20-30% more than before but it also means the bud tenders have no idea what the prices are on anything. This creates a horrible experience for customers who suddenly have to pay more than what they wanted for the same orders they were making 2-3 months ago.This place was legitimately a great dispo where the bud tenders were willing to make deals and listen to the customers but now it is dry with no more soul or aura surrounding the customer experience. I used to get great deals that were a win win for the consumer and the business but now every time I go my experience is worse than the last time.

The best time to visit is when they have their promotion deals. I recommend Mondays and Saturdays. check out my photos for your specific deals. Parking is a breeze. the front door check-in is great. lots of space. their overall tax is 23%.
